Crappy Home Designer is a short parody of the Animal Crossing series, highlighting the absurdity of financial control in a free game. Players must pay bills while a Narrator controls the game world. Originally created during the DAIR Residency in 2020, it was refined in 2021, merging fun gameplay with critiques of financial mechanics.
